When designing a package of services to meet our service users’ needs, the service user, family and social services/other services can contact us to discuss any specific /tailored requirements or support that they are interested in. Using our experience, knowledge and linguistic skills, we complete assessments to address service users’ needs to formulate a plan with the ultimate aim of promoting independence and enabling the service user to achieve their goals.
