Staff employed through Kingswell Support Service Ltd attended a training event which offered an insight into techniques and support strategies that can be used for Service Users that need that little extra support. The trainer Dr Kevin Baker, Consultant Clinical Psychologist delivered an excellent training programme and it was all communicated to us all in British Sign Language, which was an added bonus.
We pride ourselves with ensuring that our staff training is a key priority and maintain that this is an investment that benefits both our staff and Service Users at all times.
